Privacy Policy
Version: 1.1
Revision date: (UTC)
For users in the Russian Federation, a separate Privacy Policy applies.
The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Gennadyevich Prikotov (ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫЙ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬ ПРИКОТОВ ДМИТРИЙ ГЕННАДЬЕВИЧ), referred to below as the Operator. This Policy describes information received when you use the Website.
1. Definitions
1.1. Personal data means information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual.
1.2. Processing includes collecting, recording, organising, storing, updating, retrieving, using, providing access to, anonymising, blocking and deleting personal data.
1.3. Confidentiality means that personal data must not be disclosed without the individual's consent or another applicable legal basis.
1.4. A visitor or user is a person accessing and using the Website.
1.5. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser and used when accessing a website.
2. Scope of this Policy
2.1. This Policy explains how the Website handles data. Reading it, selecting a language or using the Website does not by itself establish consent to processing that requires consent.
2.2. This Policy applies to this Website. External websites and account providers have their own privacy rules, which the Operator does not control.
2.3. The registration checkbox concerns acceptance of the service's usage rules and acknowledgement of this Policy. It does not replace separate consent where required by law or establish consent from third parties whose data appears in user materials.
3. Information covered
3.1. The Operator protects information supplied during registration or subscription, information received through the sign-in method you choose, and technical information about visits described in section 9.
3.2. Account information includes a name, email address, contact phone number and subscription and payment information when provided by the user. The profile fields used for international sign-in are described separately in section 10.
3.3. Registration and sign-in records also include the time, IP address and browser User-Agent header. These are obtained by the Website from the visit, not from the external account profile. A country selection made in the sign-in interface is stored in your session.
4. Purposes
4.1. We use account information to create and identify your account, provide access to the service, manage subscriptions and invoices, respond to requests, and provide customer and technical support.
4.2. We analyse visits to public pages, traffic sources, visitor behaviour and interest, including visitors who do not register, to improve page content and navigation.
5. Processing, recipients and retention
5.1. Personal data is processed for as long as necessary to achieve its stated purpose. It must be deleted when that purpose has been achieved, unless applicable law requires continued retention. Account and sign-in information received from an external provider is subject to these rules; it is not assigned a separate fixed retention period by this Policy.
5.2. When a subscription payment requires a payment service, account information is provided to that service for processing the payment. The payment service, data involved and applicable consent and withdrawal arrangements are disclosed at checkout.
5.3. Data may be provided to authorised public authorities only on the grounds and in the manner required by applicable law.
5.4. The Operator must take organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure and other unlawful actions.
6. Your rights
6.1. You may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, and blocking or deletion of unlawfully processed or unnecessary data. The Operator's obligations include those under Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
6.2. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to the relevant supervisory authority or a court. A separate applicable legal basis may allow continued processing of particular data.
7. Requests and withdrawal
7.1. Send a data request or withdrawal of consent to the contact address in section 8. The Operator must verify that the request relates to your data using a proportionate method; an identity document is not required by default.
7.2. Following withdrawal, the Operator must stop the relevant processing and delete the data within 30 days unless there is a specific lawful or contractual basis for continued processing. That basis must be documented and applies only to the relevant data for its documented duration.
7.3. If withdrawal concerns data necessary for an account and there is no basis to continue processing it, account access is restricted and the relevant data is deleted in accordance with section 7.2.

9. Web analytics: Yandex Metrica
9.1. Public pages use Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service of ООО «ЯНДЕКС». We use statistics to understand traffic sources, which pages and service features interest visitors, how they interact with the Website and where they leave the path to registration. This includes visitors who do not create an account.
9.2. The counter collects technical information about visits: pages visited, traffic sources, link clicks, browser and device characteristics, visit duration and actions on a page. Yandex Metrica may use IP addresses, cookies and other technical identifiers to produce visit statistics.
9.3. Counter data is sent to Yandex for processing and statistical reports. Processing is described in the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use and Yandex Privacy Policy.
9.4. You can prohibit the collection of information about your visits using the Yandex Metrica opt-out browser extension. You may also contact the Operator using section 8.
10. Google sign-in
10.1. Google sign-in lets you use your Google account to register with TasK or sign in.
10.2. If you choose Google sign-in, the Website requests the openid, email and profile permissions. It receives your Google account identifier, email address and its verification status, name and surname, and profile picture URL when supplied by Google. These permissions do not request access to email messages, Drive files or your phone number.
10.3. We use the received profile to create or identify your TasK account and record sign-in information. Your Google password is not provided to TasK. Profile and sign-in information is retained under section 5 and can be the subject of a request under section 7.
10.4. You authorise access through Google's account authorisation process. Google handles its account and authentication service under its own Privacy Policy. The API is governed by the Google APIs Terms of Service, which identify Google LLC, United States, as the standard contracting party unless applicable API-specific terms provide otherwise. Our use of the received data is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
10.5. You can revoke the Website's access in your Google account connections. Revocation does not automatically delete information already received by TasK or your TasK account. To request its deletion, contact the Operator under section 7.
11. User materials
11.1. This Policy covers personal data about users and third parties in materials submitted by URL, file or text, as well as in extracted text, transcripts, questions, chat history and other processing results. TasK receives, stores and processes this data to extract and recognise content, search, analyse and prepare answers. Materials are stored even when analysis is deferred. Sections 11.4–11.6 of the Terms of Use set out requirements concerning rights to materials and prohibited data categories.
11.2. TasK carries out its own storage and processing of materials in the Russian Federation. Some data may also be sent to the external recipients listed below; such processing is not limited to the Russian Federation.
11.3. For analysis and preparation of answers, extracted text, transcripts, questions, chat history and selected material excerpts may be sent to DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., China) or OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc., United States). OpenRouter forwards requests to providers that prepare answers. TasK's receipt of a file does not in itself mean that the entire file is sent to an external service; its content may be used in subsequent requests.
11.4. DeepSeek's Privacy Policy identifies processing and storage in the People's Republic of China within its scope. Processing of data about users of developers' applications, including TasK, is separately governed by the DeepSeek Open Platform terms; the reference to China in the general policy does not mean that this data is processed exclusively in China. The United States is the jurisdiction of OpenRouter, Inc.; this does not mean that OpenRouter and all recipients of its requests process data only in the United States. OpenRouter's Privacy Policy does not replace the final recipients' terms on data retention and use for training.
11.5. Materials and processing results are retained for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes. Users' rights, the procedure for stopping processing and deleting personal data, and the procedure for contacting the Operator are set out in sections 6–8 of this Policy.
