Teams & users

Create teams, invite members.

  • How do I create a team and invite members?

    Open Users → Teams and click “Create”. Then use “Invite” in the team to send invitations (available under Users → Invitations).

  • What sign‑in methods are available?

    You can sign in with email + password, as well as Google and Yandex.

  • How do I change the interface language?

    Open your profile and choose “Change language” — ru/en/zh are supported and apply instantly.


  • How do I assign roles in a team?

    Open Teams → members → “Add member”. Pick a user and role (admin/member/viewer).

  • How do I transfer a project owner?

    Open the project, go to members, and select a new owner. The previous owner remains an admin.

  • Where do I see sent invitations?

    Users → Invitations. You can resend or revoke invitations there.

Projects

Create projects, add sources, configure chat, and manage tags.

  • How do I create a project?

    Click “New project”, fill in the title and description. The project appears in the list and becomes accessible to your team.

  • How do I add a member and set a role?

    Inside the project, click “Add member”, pick a user and a role. You can revoke access at any time.

  • How do I copy a project?

    Choose “Copy” in the project menu — a clone with description, chats, and sources will be created.


  • How do I add project tags?

    Open the project and click “Edit tags”. Add multiple tags and use them in search.

  • How do I make a project public?

    Toggle the project to “Public project”. The link becomes accessible without authentication.

  • How do I delete a project?

    Open the project menu and select “Delete”. Deleted projects are hidden from lists.

  • Where do I set chat options for a project?

    Open “Manage Options” in the project for model, system prompt, context depth, and RAG parameters.

Knowledge sources

Add URLs, files, or text; extract documents and chunks.

  • How do I add a source?

    Go to “Sources → New source”. Provide a URL, upload a file (txt, md, html, mp3/wav/mp4, pdf) or paste text, then select a project.

  • What happens after I upload a file?

    The source is downloaded/transcribed, split into chunks, and indexed for RAG search.

  • How can I view documents and chunks?

    The source page includes document preview and a list of chunks with their own preview.


  • How do I enable speaker diarization for audio?

    Turn on the “Speaker Diarization” option when creating a source.

  • How do I re‑index a source?

    Use “Start processing” or “Re‑transcribe” in the source actions — the index will be refreshed.

  • Can I open the original link?

    Yes, the source card shows a clickable URI.

  • How do I remove a source from a project?

    Open the project → Sources list → “Delete” in the row menu.

Models & MCP

Pick models, edit system prompts, and connect MCP servers.

  • Where do I set a default model?

    Open Options for user/project/chat and choose a model under Chat → Model.

  • How do I change the system prompt?

    Use “Manage Options” for a project or chat and edit the System Prompt.

  • How do I connect an MCP server?

    Go to LLM → MCP Servers to add a server and enable it in project or chat “Manage Options”.


  • Where do I tune RAG settings?

    Project “Manage Options” includes chunk size/overlap and embedding model settings.

  • Can I override settings per chat?

    Yes. Chats have their own Options: model, system prompt, and context depth.

  • How can I see current parameters?

    Open the chat Details (button in the header) — parameters appear in the side panel.

Assistant chats

Create chats, attach sources, and get answers grounded in your project materials.

  • How do I create a chat?

    Click “Add new chat” in a project or on the Chats page and select sources if needed.

  • How do I manage chat parameters?

    Use “Manage options” for model, system prompt, context depth, and RAG context template.

  • How do I export a conversation?

    Use “Export as md/html/pdf” in the chat menu.


  • Where do I see answer details?

    Open “Details” in the chat header — see model, prompt, and context.

  • How do I delete a chat?

    Open the chat menu and select “Delete” — the chat is marked as deleted.

  • Can I link to a specific message?

    Yes, use the message URL from the “Details” view to open and scroll to it.

  • How do I add sources to a chat?

    Create a chat from a project with selected sources or specify them during chat creation.

Billing, usage & quotas

Control plans, invoices, and consumption for the entire organisation.

  • Where do I see current usage?

    The Billing dashboard shows token, storage, and automation consumption with daily breakdowns.

  • How do I update the payment method?

    Navigate to Billing → Payment methods, add a new card, verify it, and mark it as default. The previous card remains as fallback.

  • Can I share invoices with finance?

    Add billing recipients under Billing → Notifications. Monthly PDF invoices and usage summaries are emailed automatically.


  • How are automations billed?

    Each run consumes automation credits included in your plan. Extra runs are billed as pay-as-you-go with clear pricing.

  • Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

    No. We don’t offer annual plans — only monthly billing is available. Contact support if you need a different arrangement.

  • Where can I download invoice history?

    Invoices tab lists every document with amount, status, and download link. You can also enable the accounting webhook for ERP sync.

  • How do I create an API token?

    Open Secrets → New Secret. Choose “Access Token” and copy the generated secret.
